'Nice bed and shower. Staff friendly'

'the room was not well kept and the furniture is in desperate need of updating it's all scratched or peeling. the mattress had reddish brown dots on it which leads me to believe it is bedbugs. though the front desk staff was kindly, I could in no way stay there. it was disgusting and I was itching. 'We had a lovely stay!'

'Mooie locatie in een mooie wijk en met de metro green line ben je zo in Chicago. Alles zag er keurig uit. Jammer alleen kamer boven en dubbel klein bed en het rook een beetje muf terwijl kingsize tweepersoonsbed beneden had geboekt.'

'Clean up to date rooms. Very clean facility with easy check in. Great breakfast!'

'The rooms were so nice and spacious! The staff went above and beyond. Our room was supposed to be cleaned everyday upon request and when we came back from our outing it wasn’t but they sent someone up right away to give us clean sheets and towels! Breakfast was great! The only thing I would have to say negative about this hotel is parking and the parking lot. It’s one way in and one way out with no way to turn around.'

'It was a wonderful place to stay, but some of the staff could had been nicer.'

'So fun and so many amenities'

'I liked the hotel was convenient to shopping areas. What I didn't like: No complementary breakfast No microwave inside room Hotel appears old and dated with some upgrades? Dingy, rough/hard linen Thin walls! I could hear children crying, playing, people walking around all night!! Need more inside room lighting'
