'Hotel and staff were great. Quiet room, kind and helpful staff, clean everywhere and considered everything a traveler needs. Will stay again!'

'First of all, when we entered the building we had a deja vu moment...(we stayed here in 2017) and nothing has changed, but that's ok iff it had the same qualities as back then. At least the room was clean, but in the bathroom we had no water in the sink, so we had to use the kitchenette for water. The refrigerators made a terrible noise, the air-conditioning made a noise like a plane taking off. We won't be staying here again.'

'This hotel was awfull. It looks really good on pictures but the rooms are super dirty, we looked at 3 different rooms and all of them where just as dirty!! They promised us to clean the room today but no one had even been in the room all day, not even the beds were made!! We asked for a refund but they only wanted to give us a refund for 1 night, while we were in a dirty room for 2 nights.. we canceled our reservation completely and went to an other hotel that IS clean. The front desk people...

'AC was loud and windows didn’t have screens so bring earplugs if it’s too hot or too cold outside. It was otherwise quiet. 5 min to Shakespeare Festival. Hot breakfast including eggs, hash browns and ham.'

'The stay was fine. Staff were gracious and the room was clean. The thermostat was difficult. We were three women with three different rooms and all of us could not get the thermostat to set where we wanted. (FYI We all have thermostats we work in our homes.) It would be nice to have a safe in the room.'

'The staff was helpful and friendly. Although small, the room was clean and amenities were adequate. The bed was extremely comfortable! Probably the best sleep I’ve had in a long while. Breakfast was simple, but there were a few protein options such as hard boiled eggs, yogurt and peanut butter. Will definitely stay here again.'

'It isn't designed for handicap. There are stairs into the lobby. There are stairs for the entrance of the ground floor rooms. The bed was high.'

'Average room, bed and pillows weren't great. They had redone the bath and floors, so they were pretty good. Although the bathroom fan was too loud to use and the wood laminate floors were dirty when we had to wipe up a couple spills. Front desk was friendly.'
