'Cebu itself is terrible but if you do decide to go there, this is a fine hotel. People very friendly. Breakfast a bit disappointing.'

'Service is convenient as the attendant is also the cook. Less hassle if your tired and just wanted to eat inside the house. I feel comfort during my stay because im the only person who stay that night though the condition is not well, but its still okay because when i stayed at B room only fan is available. The area is quite and beautiful overview. I would still recommend this to my family, friends and those who plan to stay for a night beacuse its a budget friendly. '

'We are a family of 5 and rented a family room. We arrived late and left early. The lady at the reception was very Nice and helpfull. The room was bad! The room and bathroom were cleaned, but the Black between the tiles, on the walls, on the beds in the bathroom etc. needed paint and renovation to be clean. We left at 5:00 AM so I can't tell about the breakfast.'

'There were a lot of insects, small cockcroaches invading my food and walking around the walls. Untiled CR and not draining well,no water heater, dirty footrug. A lodge may be a lot better.'

'We had an enjoyable stay & even extended for another day. Service was good except for the front desk being late that morning we were extending our stay. Securing guard seems to run the place & really well too. The big disappointment were the appliances in the unit that were not operational - the stove, the microwave & the washer/dryer. The full-size refrigerator was excellent though.'
