'Best staff ever, very kind and helpful! Breakfast is not that great but gets the job done! AC is the best, the room even had humidifier, the location is great right in front of the beach and very close to all restaurants, however it gets fairly crowded around and for a min I felt I’m back in the Bronx! Overall highly recommend it with the right expectations'

Já na recepção de chegada fomos surpreendidos com toalhas refrescantes de drink de flor da Jamaica delicioso. Não havíamos conseguido reserva o restaurante mais disputado da região mas eles com toda dedicação conseguiram uma reserva para nós, isso sem dúvida foi o Wow de uma experiência. O Hotel é lindo, super limpo e muito acolhedor. Até hoje foi o melhor lugar que nos hospedamos....

'We recently returned from San Andrés, and unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. This is not a 5-star property as advertised. The hotel is in serious need of major renovations, and I regret spending so much money to stay there. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was poor. The woman at the front desk was rude and appeared upset, and we experienced a similar attitude from the staff at the bar. One of the biggest frustrations was the lack of bottled water....

'The stay at Julio's house was very pleasant. The house was clean and very high-class, the beds and rooms were also very spacious. The kitchen had everything that was needed for cooking. The host gave local suggestions, provided every information/phone numbers a tourist would want or need about the island and everything there is to do here. He helped and was just very easy-going, he made the stay even more pleasing. We felt very comfortable and would definitely want to repeat our stay. Absolutely...
