'We were supposed to receive two complimentary beverages as part of our stay. However, the staff never provided them. Whenever I tried to ask about the complimentary drinks, they avoided the question and changed the subject. This was disappointing, especially since the beverages were clearly included in our stay.'

'We could not use the pickleball court as it was under maintenance, which I can understand. But if it is not going to be available then it needs tobe communicated before we book the property, as we do pay for such amenities as well'

'Firstly no hotel sign board, it was on the floor outside in pieces so it was hard to find the hotel. Check in experience dreadful, unkempt disinterested staff, untidy reception. We paid extra for a deluxe ocean view room. There are no ocean view rooms at this hotel since all rooms face South! Room not bad, slight uriine smell and some cobwebs. The wi-fi was virtually non existent, had to resort to 4G. Banging windows from outside the room all night (we latched them all the next morning since the...

'Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible. Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor'

'Overall, we had a good stay at The Zuri White Sands, Goa Resort & Casino. The property is beautiful, the staff members were consistently friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable. We also had dinner at the coffee shop café, which was very good. We tried the Japanese restaurant as well. While the ambiance was elegant and the service was excellent, we felt the food did not meet our expectations given the...

'Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The...
