'As a tourism hotel I would expect that the staff speak some English.. however there was only ONE person who works here that speaks English, and she was almost never around. There was a lot of confusion and misinformation due to lack of communication. I understand I’m in a non English speaking country but at a hotel in this scale it’s not acceptable that NO ONE speaks English. 'Spijtige, ligt wat afgelegen alleen de zee met strand aan de overkant , maar wel opgelet als je er rond 6u gaat joggen, ga dan niet langs de gevaarzone op het strand dus richting Fortaleza, dat kwam de politie mij zeggen tijdens het joggen steeds een taxi of uber nemen. Zeer proper hotel en vriendelijk maar ze spreken er alleen maar Portugees.'
