'Ordered a room with a hot tub that didn't work and never got fixed. Manager said he would get it fixed or change our room - never happened. The hot water dribbled out of the faucet, while the 2 sinks and the shower worked fine. Door had gaps (up to 1/2") around it. Both televisions had to be fixed to play. The thermostat on the heater did not shut it off. The floor transition strip to the hot tub area was a trip hazard, and they had to replace the hair dryer. On the 3rd day of our 4 night stay,...

I love Ashley and Jaden at the front desk, Ken who not only does maintenance, but just has a smile on his face. Every time I show up is pure gold., it’s a wonderful hotel to stay at!
