Welcome to Rams cove bungalow lies within the hillside of an artsy colony the Cove, in Cathedral City. Just a few minute drive to the heart of Palm Springs and Palm Desert. Located just across the street from the nicest theatre in the valley and brand new casino! Several hiking trails nearby and easy access to Palm Springs airport.

This brand new, completely remodeled, modern bungalow offers everything you need for a peaceful short or long-term stay!

When you step inside you will be pleased to see brand new 2020 fully furnished renovated open floor plan to include a master suite with a king bed. The guest room has adult queen over queen bunk beds to sleep all your friends and family comfortably.

You will find a newly landscaped backyard with new heated pool and large sun deck to cool off and enjoy the mountain views.

This bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen with all the extras. All linens and towels are prepared for your stay.

*please note if you wish to have the pool heated during your stay there is an additional $50 per day or $900 per month fee.

This house has everything you need for a wonderful Palm Springs vacation! It was beautifully updated and having a gorgeous private pool is a plus. Kyle responds immediately with any issues. Close to many hiking trails. Trader Joe’s and Target a mile away. Great restaurants within walking distance. A five Star VRBO!

Home away from Home

Kyle's property was absolutely perfect for our needs and wants. The home is very clean and well maintained. It has all the amenities that you would want and require for an extended stay. We were there for two months. The pool and backyard area was beautiful, quiet and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The home is centrally located and close to many fabulous areas in the greater Palm Springs area. Kyle, himself was a wonderful host. He was always concerned about our well being and on the occasion where we required his assistance to a maintenance need, he dealt with it in an efficient and quick manner. The issue was resolved within the same day and Kyle checked to see that we were satisfied with the results. He was a pleasure to work with.

Month long dream

Thoroughly enjoyed Kyle’s perfect home with even more beautiful pool and landscaping than photographed. We stayed for a month, and between the BBQ, and fire pit, everyday felt like a dream. This location is so close to Palm Springs and Palm Dessert, it was ideal for golf and tennis matches we set up. The home was so clean and Kyle responded quickly to any and all questions. Highly recommend making this your home for as long as possible!

Communication was excellent with the owner prior to and throughout our stay in this lovely southern CA bungalow. We enjoyed many amenities that are not always part of the VRBO experience, including coffee, hairdryer, shampoo, bodywash, Tide, washer/dryer, two smart TVs and pool. My only regret was not requesting the pool heat, although it was an available option when we reserved the property. Everything was in pristine condition, and we enjoyed our visit. Gem of a house.

Can’t say enough good things about this house. Everything looked bran new and was exceptionally clean from the bath towels, pool towels, linens, appliances, furniture and a very functional family pool. The owner was very accommodating with early check-in, increasing the pool temperature and checking in from time to time to see how things were going. The house included so many little things that other rentals don’t supply such as: coffee, creamers, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soaps, spices,etc. Our family of 4 had a wonderful vacation and spent many hours in the lovely pool and yard. We will highly recommend it to other family members and friends.
