Experience the spectacular view of the Coachella Valley from over 8,000 feet up the mountain at the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and enjoy restaurants, observation decks, and hiking, only nine miles away. Swing your club at one of the many pristine golf courses in the area, or take the kids to the Living Desert Zoo & Gardens to observe and learn about a variety of desert plants and animals.
THINGS TO KNOW
Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. Per CCMC 5.96, No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10 pm to 8 am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well.
One (1) car is permitted per room, totaling a maximum of 3 cars allowed.
The full kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
A Pack-N-Play and high chair are provided.
There is no fenced yard, but there is a fence around the pool.
Both bathrooms include luxurious spa showers.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
