    Een prachtige Desert Princess Condo met een mooi uitzicht op de bergen, met uitzicht op de golfbaan. Een mooie op het zuiden, 1200 sqft, twee slaapkamers (dubbele master suite), elk met California King size bedden, twee badkamers, appartement uit de 9e fairway in Desert Princess CC. Prive-parkachtige omgeving met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en het water. Dicht bij gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Slechts een korte wandeling naar hotel en clubhuis. Bijgewerkt tegelvloeren in de woonkamer en op de overdekte patio. Desert Princess CC and Resort heeft een kampioenschapsgolfbaan met 27 holes, 10 tennisbanen, 32 gemeenschappelijke zwembaden, een bijgewerkt fitnesscentrum, een eigen spa en een onlangs gerenoveerd clubhuis en clubzaal. Slechts enkele minuten van het centrum van Palm Springs en de luchthaven van Palm Springs.

    Als je van frisse lucht en een prachtig natuurlijk landschap houdt, dan is de woestijn iets voor jou. Met uitzicht op de bergen op de achtergrond zit u ontspannen op de patio en kijkt u uit op een weelderige groene golfbaan, met fonteinen van water in het cursusmeer. Als je ook in vorm wilt blijven, is de Desert Princess Country Club and Resort de plek voor jou. Naast de golf, kunt u ook fietsen in het bewaakte complex van het resort. Er zijn ook Klasse A tennisbanen, een augurkbalveld, racquetballbanen, veel zwem- en baantjeszwembaden en een uitstekende uitgebreide fitness- en gewichtenfaciliteit. Voor wandelen, ga dan naar de vele wandelpaden die beginnen in de plaatselijke uitlopers van de bergen. Je kunt ook met de tram naar de top van het San Jacinto-gebergte rijden. De luchttram rijdt twee en een halve mijl de berg op naar een ongerepte wildernis aan boord van 's werelds grootste roterende trams. Vanaf daar is het wandelen eindeloos. Na alle fitnessactiviteiten gaat u naar de spa voor wat verwennerij.

Bill was super to work with. Quickly responded to any questions I had prior to our stay. The condo was in a great location, pools were nice, easy to get into the resort as well as the condo. The golf course at the resort was also very nice.

Wonderful condo, outstanding property and grounds, spectacular views, accessible owner. This is a great option for anyone looking for a place to stay in Palm Springs. We hope to stay here again.

Great place to stay for a golf trip

Condo was perfect, located on 9th hole, just a short walk to Doubletree hotel and clubhouse. Close to market and restaurants just the street.

William could not have been a nicer host. The unit was comfortable and very near a nice pool and a short walk to the clubhouse. The grounds of DP are wonderful, the golf course was great. William is very accommodating and is very prompt if needs arise.

Desert Princess condo

Perfect accommodations with 2 king suites and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well appointed and the patio is furnished with comfy chairs, a dining table and nice barbecue. An oasis in the desert.

Home away from home

Bill’s 2 bed 2 bath is just what you need for whatever trip you have planned. Check in is a breeze and the neighborhood is gorgeous and serene. His home is a bit dated, but it’s a classic. Would recommend!

Bill was a very caring and responsive host. His place is “comfortable” as many guests described in their reviews. However, it is also worn out. Many items (paintings, artifacts) are truly ‘vintage’ in a good way, but there are also many household items - furniture, and appliances - that are simply old and need replacing. An all around spiffing up is long overdue. At a lower price this unit would have been a great value.

We enjoyed our stay!

The place was exactly like the photos. The bedrooms were great with connecting bathrooms with large walk-in closet space. Both beds were large and extra comfy. We love the location of the unit, very easy to get to and the parking was close. Palm Springs is one of my favorite places and we were grateful and pleased for our stay. Thank you Bill!

Love the location

This neighborhood is fantastic. I always felt safe and love the amenities (especially the spa). This house was in a great location and had two masters. Perfect for us and our friends to share without thinking someone got a better room. Big closets, bathroom, and bedrooms. The kitchen was a little dated but was stocked with everything we needed. Bill, the owner, is so nice too. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Really Enjoyed your Stay!

Good location for what we wanted/needed, convenient access to Shopping, Restaurants, Groceries and Outdoor Adventures. Check-in process was easy and no hassles at all and the small Christmas Welcome Gift was Appreciated! The place was very comfortable, clean and just like the posted pictures. Patio off the sliding doors was a great place to have a morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. Communication with the owner Bill was quick and efficient and was only for a couple of minor "issues" that where quickly sorted out! The Country Club grounds, swimming pools and hot tubs where Great. Closest pool and hot tub a short 2 minute walk away. We all agreed that we wished we had spent more time in PS and at Desert Princess CC. We would gladly stay again - Thanks

Spacious and Great Location

Overall a great stay! We've stayed at many rental properties in Palm Springs. This condo was quite good. As you can see in the photos it's a bit dated, but comfortable and convenient. As always it's great having a kitchen and washer/dryer on vacation. There were lots of towels and supplies in the condo which was lovely. The bathrooms were spacious and the showers were great. The information booklet provided by the host was very thorough and thoughtful. A few shortcomings to note: 1. There are two king beds which is great, but the mattresses have very poor motion isolation so any little movement was felt throughout. This resulted in less than ideal sleeps. 2. The pots and pans, as well as the knives, are very very worn. Many of the supplies are. I had to buy knives in order to be able to cook properly (which I left there for the next guest). 3. The dryer is extremely loud. 4. The floors were very dirty so we had to wear slippers the entire time. There are many pools at Desert Princess but note that they are a bit run down and not cleaned regularly. There was a lot of debris in the pools. However the grounds are beautiful and well kept!
