'This beautiful little budget resort is nestled in a valley outside of town. No ocean views here, but in exchange you get serenity, a gorgeous garden, and an attentive staff. The food is simple and good, I really enjoyed the seafood fried rice. You can walk to the nearby hospital cave, which I found very interesting, but for other attractions they’ll book you a car or rent you a scooter. 'Staff super friendly. Laundry cheap and fast. Luggage storage. After we checked out we went kayaking and when we returned to collect our bags we were offered a room and towels to get showers and changed. Excellent service. Thank you. '

'Hanna was the best - she helped with everything we needed! There isn’t much for other dining options in the immediate area, but a quick trip by car or bus gets you to many. Very quiet and peaceful. Smoothies were great! Bus on island easy to use and inexpensive!'

'The rooms are immaculate, the views are amazing and the pools/bars/restaurants are all great.Everywhere we went in Vietnam we were impressed with the warmth and hospitality of the people and the staff at the Flamingo really took it to the next level.I particular Thuy on reception provided lovely flowers for our anniversary and a cake, as well as organising our transport back to Hanoi.We couldnt have wished for a better place to celebrate our 35th.'
