The apartment, built in 2015, has two double bedrooms a large living room and kitchenette, two bathrooms, with the possibility of reaching 5 people. It is located inside Nonna Carlotta's House, on the level of the internal parking and games, with its entrance to the house. From the living room you can access a panoramic terrace of 25 square meters, going down the terrace staircase you reach the tavern, the garden and then the pool.
The House of Grandma Carlotta, overlooking the south west and overlooking the valley with open views of the Ligurian Sea to the Maritime Alps and the west coast, is located at the beginning of the quaint ancient village of Velva, in a quiet location. It is reached by exiting the motorway to Sestri Levante, going for 15 km to Val Petronio with its terraced hills cultivated with olive trees and Ligurian gardens.
