'We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. Mario and Angela are lovely! It’s nice and quiet, the roof terrace is ideal for stargazing at night and play during the day. The flowers, the citrustrees, everything is perfect! The house is close to a small bakery, so you can get fresh bread every morning, the other shopping has to be done by car. For us, this was the perfect place to be.'

'Heerlijk verblijf. Alles is goed voorzien. Ideaal om te verblijven met kinderen dankzij het grote zwembad. We maakten dagelijks gebruik van het grote terras, buitenkeuken. 'We were perfectly situated to get to Taormina center. Everything in Casa Florio worked well with extras such as a bottle of wine and plenty of Nespresso capsules for the machine! The spiral staircase looks daunting but functions well. Luckily the bathroom is also upstairs with the bedroom so there were no trips down in the dark. There are two air conditioner units; we could use just what we needed where we needed and it was appreciated to keep the upstairs bedroom cool for sleeping. Genius...

'Giovanna and Francesco is a very vriendly and helpfull couple. They did all the things to make our stay very pleasant. They give good information, fruit, wine and vegetables from their own garden. 'We stayed at Casa Spisone with our family of 6. The house is in a great location, walk to the beach, mini market and Taormina cable car. We spent most of our time at Mazarro beach which is sandy and has a small public area. The house was great for the family with two bedrooms downstairs, although you walk through one to get to the other. Carparking was a bonus and we used the outdoor patio a lot. 'Het huisje ligt rustig, aan het eind van het dorpje. Heerlijke tuin en terras met uitzicht over de zee. De huisjes zijn eenvoudig maar goed. Qua hygiëne mag het zeker wel wat schoner, zeker gezien de schoonmaakkosten die je ook nog betaald. Fabrizio is een hele vriendelijke host, de eerste avond stond hij op de stoep met een zeer uitgebreid boodschappen pakket. Naar de zee is het zo’n 20 minuten rijden, de Etna op is zo’n 45 minuten.'

'Multi-generational family visiting Taormina for the first time. Casa di Nonno was a wonderful experience and location! Communication with host was thorough and prompt. We even arranged ground transportation as well. Once we were on site, Christina made sure we had everything we needed, including coming to our rescue when we locked ourselves out! 'We stayed in this villa for a cycling trip with six people. For this purpose, the villa is great with a nice location for numerous trips, a pool to cool down in, and a breathtaking view when relaxing after a ride. There are some nice little towns around, a bit off the beaten track. The house has six beds (excl. the couches) so with six everyone has his/her own bed. Kitchen is equipped well enough to cook for all. Only downside is the steep, gravel road you need to climb and descent on each trip....

'We are a family of 5, 2 parents and 3 teenagers. We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. The house is recently modernized and fully equipped, it surpassed all our expectations. The house has an amazing view from the terrace over the Sea and over the Etna. Silvy who welcomed us at the house helped us with everything, even printed our tickets for the ferry back to the main land. We really hope to come back!'

'Ontzettend prachtige plek met mooi uitzicht! Met veel zorg en aandacht is de omgeving (tuin) van het complex ingericht. Fijn zwembad, vriendelijk ontvangst en receptie waar je koude drankjes kunt krijgen. Inrichting huisje gedateerd, maar netjes en schoon. Geringe keukenbenodigdheden. ‘s Nachts erg stil om ongestoord te kunnen slapen. 10 minuten lopen van het strand, middels trap naar beneden. De klim naar boven kost kleine kinderen/ouderen moeite. Prachtig strand om te kunnen snorkelen! '
