Ground floor canal house with pool and mooring

Single storey villa on the canal located in the Noguera sector.
When you enter the house, you find on the right the independent kitchen, and further on there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioning, next to it there is a bathroom with toilet and shower.
Straight ahead, you find a large living-dining room with TV, wifi and air conditioning.
On the right, there is a single bedroom, and a double bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. There is air conditioning in the hallway between the two bedrooms.
When you come out of the living room there is a veranda where you can eat at a high table with stools.
Outside, there is a beautiful swimming pool with deckchairs, a table and chairs, barbecue, a parasol to be able to eat outside and enjoy the beautiful sunny days.
The villa has a 13 meter boat mooring. Pets are not allowed.
Bed linen not included in the price, you can rent it for €15/person (sheets) or €25/person (sheets + towels).
Groups of young people are not accepted.
