'This was one of the most unique places we have ever stayed. The staff was excellent. The rooms were great. The breakfast was light and gets you going. The spa was great and the pool was perhaps the best we have ever been in. The staff is accommodating and made our honeymoon truly special. One thing, do not leave any food items open in your room, the insects will find a way. That was completely our fault. :-)'

'This is a great boutique hotel for someone looking for a reclusive and quite stay. It is located in the mountains with gorgeous views. Fyi. The standard room only has one queen size bed. If you're traveling with friends, it is best to book separate rooms unless you want to share a bed. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We are so glad to have chosen LADE.'

'Omg Tama lodge was exquisite! It was exactly what I needed. A small hostel with only a few rooms was perfect. It was a very family type place. The communal kitchen and common area was great to meet others staying in the lodges Cristian is a gem! Such a great host. I really enjoyed traveling to Tama as a single 38 yro female. Tamarindo beach was literally 15minute walk. There’s no tvs or blow drier there so keep that in mind. Rooms were cozy shower was great. I really loved the energy of this...

'When you arrive through the durt road 2 min from town, you immediatly smell the garbage in the street that is left outside. This wasnt a good start for us. But The hotel looks like the pictures, the room was Nice. the pool is smaller And the water in the pool wasnt that clear (or clean) the hospitality is very good. The señora Made us awesome breakfast And was really helpful. Don’t forget to bring mosquito repellent. '

Lolo was an excellent host and if you do stay you must take advantage of her dinners. Incredibly romantic. The location is perfect. Quick drives to Tamarindo, Playa Avellanas and Playa Conchal.
