'Great communication. Great parking. It's right on a very busy street. Safe walkable location. Town house itself was a little quirky. There's a bedroom with a pullout on the first floor, living space on second floor, master suite on third floor and a roof deck. Lots of stairs. The HVAC was unusual, heat in each room AC only in some rooms. Overall, very good.'

'The host was great from start to finish. Everything in the instructions was very clear and the host was very responsive throughout. A very nice place and very clean. Will book again if looking in the area.'

'Mike is an excellent attentive host. He set up the home to meet our needs (including for small children) and answered all of our questions. We loved access to the playground and swim spa and appreciated the baby gate at the top of the stairs.The home itself has all the type of equipment you’d need— lots of items in the kitchen, towels, soap & shampoo. Plus the different zones provided great group AND secluded hangout zones for our big crew.'

'Check in was fine. Upon arrival noticed hairs hanging on furniture and blankets. Went down to beach and my hubby had to pickup someone elses dog poop before we could take our dog down. The first night we were woke up at 1am by racoons getting in to 3 garbage cans full of previous tenants garbage. Not fun to pickup someone elses garbage full of dirty diapers, misc. gross items. I brought this to the attention of Recreation Stays and asked for suggestions to keep them out as I was sure they would...
