'I'm selfishly hesitant to write this review due to hotel size and availability; would like the hotel to stay the same and not deteriorate from overuse. Hotel is in a great location, lobby and room decor beautiful. Atmosphere great. Mattresses not great. Hot water comes and goes. 'Excellent location ! Shuttle bus is free to breaches and old San Juan. Front desk staff great upon check and offering many recommendations … the drawback is no fridge or microwave in room and the TV channel selection is terrible / very limited. '

'Everything was excellent!'

'Our preferred Marriott Bonvoy status with early checkin turned out to be a nightmare. Tired and hungry from travel all we wanted was to check in and they were behind by hours. We were not able to check in until 4:30. Not very happy to start our trip.'
