'Spacious loft, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen with big fridge is great if you want to reorganise during a road trip. Parking is very convenient too. After calling about the code to open the doors, service was really friendly and swift. I did not like the lack of a duvet on the bed. I found a throw in the closet, but that's not kingsize so I woke up cold. Lighting in the loft is terrible and fans and (neighbours) water piping noises are pretty loud. 'This hotel was absolutely fabulous! It was a perfect stop en route to the mountains in NC and the design is impeccable! They really nailed the mid-century modern roadside motel motif -it was perfect and functional without being overdone. It was perfect for a roadtrip getting to pull up to our room to unload. The staff was very accommodating for our pets as well. We will absolutely stay again. '
