My receptionist was amazing… sad to say on my last day I decided to go up on the 14th floor to the pool area my partner I was sunbathing. We were the only one at the pool area at the time five staff members decided to come and have a 20 minute loud conversation adjacent to where we were sitting when there was no one else in the pool area and they could’ve done...

'What a warm welcome with a welcome drink at the check-in desk. Staff is very friendly. Received an upgrade which made the room twice as big. Everything clean and neatly arranged. Sustainability is a major consideration and it is highly desirable to take this into account at the request of the hotel. We did not eat in the hotel. Beds are lovely, air conditioning cools well.
