Perfect hotel in a perfect location. Rooms (and beds) are the best we have seen in Colombia. Rooftop with 2 small swimming pools is geourgous!

I loved the Townhouse Boutique Hotel. My husband and I stayed in the third floor suite, two bed, two bath, and balconies for 7 days. Everything was modern and comfortable; and the rain-head warm showers were the best. The staff is kind, and very helpful and the rooftop bar was a real plus, good music, nice breeze and outstanding cocktails. The townhouse was convenient to all the nicer restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend!!

Townhouse was perfect for our girls trip. We booked 3 rooms, including the penthouse which gave us access to a private pool area. Everything from the staff, to the amenities, to the location was top tier.

Excellent hotel in great area!
Excellent choice in hotel. Room is quiet, clean and comfortable bed with a great shower. There is a wonderful rooftop bar for sunset time. Location is perfect, right in walled old city with beautiful streets with stores, restaurants and bars to just wander around. Very safe. Would definitely recommend.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at the Townhouse Boutique Hotel in Cartagena, Colombia. The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, providing easy access to various destinations. Whether I wanted to explore the historic sites or indulge in some shopping, everything was just a stone's throw away. The room itself was beyond stunning, surpassing all of my expectations. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the luxurious bathroom added an extra touch of indulgence. The staff members at the hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a truly memorable experience. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt like a valued guest. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's rooftop restaurant and bar. The panoramic views of the city were breathtaking, and the ambiance was perfect for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends. The menu offered a wide range of delicious dishes, and the cocktails were expertly crafted. I particularly enjoyed the bottomless brunch option, where they brought us delicious food after food. In terms of nightlife, the hotel was ideally situated. There were plenty of bars and clubs in the vicinity, offering a vibrant and lively atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend the Townhouse Boutique Hotel and give it a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.

This property was at the center of Cartagena. Walkable to everything but comfortable and sustainable enough that you wanted to stay and enjoy all the amenities that the hotel had to offer. Rooftop bar, jazz club restaurant, bottomless brunch . Staff exceeded any of my customer service expectations. Waldo, Aldo, Jasmine, Eduardo and both Marias ensured that my friend and I had an amazing stay in Cartagena not just at the Townhouse property. Rooms smell like a spa on entry, the art/ theme on the wall was engaging. The views from the rooftop were breathtaking. Drinks served were refreshing and unique. Staff ssrvice above and beyond always. Communication created by the hotel was impressive. Use of modern technology to keep guests informed and reachable was impressive and innovative. Definitely recommend anyone stay at this property. Money well spent

Nous sommes allés à leur hôtel sœur, blue apple pour profiter d’une belle plage privée de sable brun, un cabana et un tour privé à cheval sur la plage. This is actually my second time staying at this hotel. Most times when I travel, I'm usually by myself (and I'm a female), so being in a location that's super safe and that is walkable to restaurants, entertainment, and transportation is super important to me. Also, Townhouse has wonderful food and entertainment options as well. The staff was super friendly and helpful and was able to answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend this place for solo travelers as well as those that are traveling in groups/couples... you won't be disappointed. :)

The hotel is lovely but it absolutely NOT a kid friendly hotel. It is inappropriate that it is advertised as such. There are signs that are not appropriate for kids. They claim to have a “kid friendly” pool but it is not a pool. It is a hot tub in a rooftop bar where they serve unlimited drinks and even prohibit kids during “brunch”. The staff nicely tried to accommodate but it was a huge disappointment since we booked based on the “family” rating.

Smart rooms and I Honestly believe the best hotel!
Our stay was amazing. We had the best staff a consumer could ask for. Though there were so many restaurants, coffee shops and bars available, we wined and dined inside the hotel serveral meals of our 8 day seven night stay! Even though there was a language barrier, they found ways to plow through any obstacle that came our way. Even helped us OUTSIDE of the establishment. I highly recommend!

Great location and excellent rooms.
In Cartagena to attend nephew's wedding. This hotel was in the centre of the old city and within walking distance of all events. Very modern hotel with smart rooms. For those of us who may not be quite up to speed with this degree of technology, inital help may be required 😁. Technology is great when it is all working as it should.

Hey there Henry (wow, you left us a review everywhere). First off we must correct you. You don’t HAVE to text us constantly via Whatsapp. That’s just what you chose to do. And really, most customers see that as a plus. Or were you expecting an in-room butler to be by your side at every moment, thus removing the need to waste time texting us? We’re still unclear as to what wasn’t an exact representation. You came to Blue Apple, enjoyed a free sun lounger and we thought, had an all around nice time. You actually spent a whole week with us (and what a joy it was for our Whatsapp team), and never mentioned anything about creepy crawlies or being uncomfortable. Instead, we read these allegations in your review and it honestly sent us into a tailspin. After we calmed down, took some deep breaths and drank a sweet tea, we thoroughly checked your room, the mattresses and every nook and cranny. We can confirm, Yaeli, there are no bed bugs here. YAY! Still, we fumigated just in case. For anyone reading, we wash and dry our linens professionally on high heat and have NEVER in five years, had an incident of bed bugs. EUGH.

El personal de recepción no eran amables. Unos muchachos jóvenes arrogantes. Los del área de restaurante si muy amables y nos atendieron muy bien. Lo que me molestó de este lugar fue que la energía eléctrica se fue todo el día de 8:am-5:00pm y el hotel no está preparado con plantas generadoras. Estuvimos todo el día sin electricidad me molestó mucho. No volvería a este lugar definitivamente. Por el precio por habitación no era lo que me esperaba

Hola Karina! Lamentablemente por cuestiones de espacio no podemos tener una planta electrica que cubra todo nuestro hotel pero si permite que nuestro ascensor, internet y agua sigan funcionando (la mayoria de los hoteles independientes sufren con las fallas energeticas). Gracias por tus comentarios, hablaremos con nuestros chicos en Recepcion para corregir estas fallas

Room, restaurant and building are beautiful and clean. The hotel staff was awful. Returning from dinner with a friend, the front desk clown screams at me, demanding to know if my friend is staying the night. No, we were just going to the roof for a drink. Awful staff and service. I will not return for a stay.
