'It was a perfect, secluded spot for my small family to gather and enjoy each others' company while being close to everything Chapel Hill has to offer. We enjoyed walking by the road leading to the house and I felt completely safe doing this at all hours. The kitchen was will stocked with appliances and utensils, and the wooded view out the window made me happy. There was plenty of easily accessible parking. 'I wish I was here for better circumstances, but I needed a place to stay with my dog as my mom is being treated at Duke. My parents were able to stay someplace through Duke but because I had a dog I could not. Andrea was so helpful and accommodating and caring to me while I was here. The property was so clean and conveniently located. They checked on me frequently as I was here for an extended stay and the property is so well maintained. 'The home itself is updated and very clean. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The location of the home is on a busy road and was a bit noisy. The keypad was a bit finicky but after figuring it out it was ok. The home is 10 mins to Duke University which was very convenient for our visit. '
