'Overall, we had a great stay. Only complaint is the wifi dropped a couple of times and couldn't reconnect. Free breakfast was nice and offered many varieties to choose from. Bathroom was clean and shower had plenty of water pressure. Parking lot is a little small, but, we had no problem finding a spot. Bed was comfortable. '

'Our bed had pizza sauce on it when we arrived. We called the front desk, but it took hours for them to reach housekeeping, who never came. Eventually we were given a new room, but housekeeping did not come the following day either. Overall, there seemed to be little to no service anywhere in the hotel, and the property felt poorly maintained and unclean.'

'Twin queen beds with no outside bedside tables. Very few electrical outlets and are loose so plugs fall out. No microwave or safe. Breakfast staff very helpful. Corridors dingy.'

'Didnt eat the breakfast. The parking lot is absolutely horrible. Senior Citizens have to walk a country mile to get to the front door. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We were in 311. Whoever was on the 4th was running and jumping. We called to the front desk and complained. We come to Durham once a month. Family Member has cancer. We come for her treatment. Our 2nd time staying there. We will not be back. '

'The housekeeper kept opening our door checkout was at 12 but she was opening it at 10:30 like we were supposed to be gone she opened it once and saw her and quickly shut it and then she reopened it like a minute later and stepped inside. Meanwhile, my daughter was getting dressed in the bedroom with the door open so the housekeeper proceeds to grab the sign and put it on the door. I felt very uneasy after that'

'We had to change rooms due to a terrible mildew smell. The second room we got still had a damp mildew/moldy smell and there was a moldy film on the window. Not sure if the carpet has been cleaned and not dried and mildewed or what the issue was but it was not pleasant at all. '
