« The hotel is next to a very busy loud road. Parking is minimal. When we went to use our keycard to get in the back door, it was already open, not secure, when I asked the front desk about it, they just said, “yeah, it’s broken”. Staff was very nice. Elevator sounded awful, we took the stairs after that 1st ride. Very thin walls. I wouldn’t stay here again. »

« The first room they gave me it looked like something had happened because there was blood on the curtains. It was also very dirty and it looked like someone tried to break in. The desk chair at the table was broken and was just taped that I took 178 pictures and went downstairs. The front desk changed my room. I took a few pictures and went downstairs and asked what would I get charged for and they said nothing. I was told my Akron at
4pm.

« Perfect place to stay for wedding. Easy to get to from the airport. Location is like being in the suburbs pretty much anywhere with the same shopping, eating, businesses. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best according to husband. Loved the walk in shower and great water pressure. Bed very comfy and was able to control the room temp to our satisfaction. Only thing, for me, was we were right outside where the elevators were and you can here...
