« It was a lovely modern property with nice beds and great kitchen. The seating area outside was great. Very central location. Parking is a bit of a pain as the nearby car parks are very expensive (£17/24hr v Swansea which are £5/24hr). No nearby free street parking. Mumbles is a very busy place. If you’re a light sleeper I’d advise earplugs as we found it quite noisy. Excellent communication from host and all in all a great place to stay whilst visiting the area »

« We have stayed in Penny's lovely properties in Trewent Park many times, and always have a fabulous stay. Le Chalet is lovely - clean, comfortable and well-equipped and worked perfectly for our family. We love being so close to the beach and being within a short drive of so many beautiful spots, as well as being right on the coastal path - handy for walks with wonderful views in either direction. Penny is a fantastic friendly host, answering queries promptly and providing thoughtful extra touches...

We stayed during the heat wave and the house was so hot. We couldn’t keep the windows open because they could be accessed from the outside easily. The house is on a main road opposite a pub and the houses immediately beside it were partying hard all night. We Didn’t get much sleep. »
