« My wife, dog and I stayed in the Parlour cottage at the end of August 2024. Please take note that they prefer cash or bankers transfer, Hotels.com does not take the money. It is so relaxing and quite, this is down to the hands off way of the owners, Martin & Kate. We arrived and found a wonderful welcome pack waiting of Bread, milk, eggs and biscuits. The cottage is well equipped although some mobile service providers, (Vodafone) do not cover the area. Locally there is a small shop come P.O....

« The property, the location and amenities were all perfect. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for a family of 4. Cosy and warm and log fire a nice addition as the heating is on a timer for when the temp does drop. « The property is in a beautiful location, the views from the garden are incredible. The facilities are all as mentioned, the hot tub was well maintained and a real luxury. The property wasn’t the cleanest, but in a rural location in great weather we didn’t spend much time on the house. The gardens are great and the land around is all accessible along with the animals on the farm. There are a few other properties in the same location and you have a neighbour directly next door to the farm...

« We had an excellent stay at the Cart House Cottage. It’s very clean and has all the amenities. We had a nice welcome with wine and chocolate, a friendly dog and lamas. The location is perfect to explore the Pembrokshire Coastal Trail. Technically, there is an ocean view but unfortunately the large shed blocks most of it. The information about to help us explore the region was thorough and much appreciated. We recommend the Cart House. »

« Host was exceptional, have never been to a property where everything has been so carefully thought out and planned for. Beautiful property 10m away from the cove where we were able to play with all our toys

« We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in. Highly recommended. »
