'The house is as listed. It was clean, and the view of Lake Superior was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the ships coming and going. It is in a good location with a short drive to Canal Park, and restaurants. I would stay here again. '

'They have done a nice job setting up this little house. Four adults were very comfortable. Location worked out just fine! We did a little fishing and played some mini golf down the road a couple blocks. Grocery store and fast food conveniently close by. The 10-15 minute drive to Canal Park in Duluth was easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back!'

'This was a very nice place to stay and we would absolutely stay here again...We came for a golf tourney in Duluthml. There were 3 of us 60 male adults. Kitchen was a little tight when we were all in there but we managed...our only issue was trying to managed the smart tv...I think that was more about our limited technology skills though...The communication with host was top notch...easy to follow instructions for check-in/checkout...place was neat and clean...perfect for what we needed...we...

'The property itself was beautiful- Hunter was a great host. AC had a slight leak in the master but he was quick to communicate with me when I found it. The kayaks, paddle boards, hot tub, game room and every other feature we could use we did (except the boat). My hubby and I will be back on our own for a weekend hideaway! I may have forgotten one of our life jackets there '

'Location was perfect. Ample sleeping space. Only downfall for our family is gramma doesn’t do stairs well and the bedrooms and bathroom were upstairs so they checked into a hotel, but that wasn’t the fault of the host, I didn’t read carefully enough. Will keep this in mind for future trips to Duluth! Just was very communicative and helpful!! '

'The only thing I didn’t like was the keypad lock on the door to the basement and that it didn’t have a separate deadbolt for the guest to feel secure. The front and back doors also would be better with a separate deadbolt locks for guest security. If the owner were to forget to change the code between guests or someone gets the code, we would’ve felt more secure being able to lock doors from the inside at night with a separate lock.
