Pool & Spa: Take a dip in the solar-heated saltwater pool or relax in the spa. In addition to solar-heat, the pool can be heated by gas to 80 degrees during the off-season for the additional cost of $100 per day to cover gas costs.

Games & Activities: Play corn hole, Giant Jenga, and more in our spacious yard.

Living Room: 84" TV with Netflix and Apple TV, plus large patio doors that lead to the pool for an indoor-outdoor experience.
Dining Room: Accommodates up to 12, with high ceilings, a seating nook, large fireplace, and access to a deck with a water feature. Includes a piano and guitar for musical guests.

Master Bedroom: King-size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and ocean views.
Upstairs Den: Adjacent to the master bedroom with a pull-out queen-size bed, TV, office/make-up area, and ocean views.

Garden Area: Artificial turf yard with a seating area, fish pond, and games like corn hole and Giant Jenga.

Complimentary Water Sports: Boogie boards and pool toys provided. Complimentary use of two stand-up paddle boards at the lagoon available.
Important Information
Safety: The pool does not have a safety gate and is easily accessed from multiple areas of the house. This property is not suitable for non-swimmers, toddlers, or crawling infants. All guests must be "water safe."
Parking: Two parking spaces in front of the garage; additional street parking available. Please do not block the shared driveway as those cars will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
Noise Ordinance: No amplified or excessive noise outside or audible from the property line between 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.
No AC. This home, like many homes in the coastal area, does not have air conditioning, however, year around nightly temperatures typically drop below 70 degrees nightly.
Waiver of Liability
By booking our property, you agree to our swimming pool, hot tub, and swimming pool room waiver of liability, accepting full responsibility for any accidents or injuries.

Home Safety
There are three exterior security cameras on the property. One placed on the garage looking onto the parking area, one camera by our front door positioned to see driveway, and another on the side of house positioned to see the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home, at the pool, or outside areas other than the driveway.
