With new luxury vinyl flooring, 1 King bed and an air mattress available, it can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen, private bathroom and shared balcony with privacy shades just just steps away from the sand! Towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas included! Great for couples or small families! Close to Legoland, the train station, Flower Fields, Encinitas and much more! It's a perfect place to call home while you explore Southern California or simply relax on the beach....

Weekend in Carlsbad

Enjoyed time spent on the patio watching the surfers. Studio is small but location is perfect. Check in was easy and office staff was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Unbeatable location

Great location right on the beach with beautiful sunsets! Nice to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops in Carlsbad Village. Comfortable bed with extra pillows and blankets. So nice to hear the ocean lull you to sleep. Shower was excellent and nice to have two sinks in bathroom. I knocked one star off on cleanliness for living room valences that were quite soiled but otherwise unit was clean. Easy check-in...so great to have a code to enter and not have to deal with keys. Overall, a great stay!

Best Babymoon!

It was such an amazing stay at here at Seashore on the Sand. I couldn't have been happier with the location. The blacony overlooking the ocean is unmatched! We will totally be back! Our time here exceeded our expectations and we are already looking for an excuse to book again!

Great Beachfront Condo

Our stay was fantastic at this beachfront condo. Everything was as advertised and the unit was clean and updated. Plenty of plates and utensils along with your basic appliances. The Keurig was a nice extra. We looked down directly at the beach, and had a spectacular view of the ocean and the sunsets. We'll definitely look to stay here again.

Seashore on the Sand

This is our favorite place to stay in Carlsbad! They upgraded us to a bigger unit and it was amazing as well. Our bed linens were dirty when we arrived but there was a washer/dryer in the unit so I did a little laundry. Other than that, it was perfect as usual! This was the first time we have ever had any kind of issue with this building and it was an easy fix. We will be back for sure.

The weather was amazing and the room was all we thought it would be. Sleeping with the ocean was difficult to leave. The location is close to all the restaurants and shopping. We'd definitely stay again! Pricey? Yes. But worth every penny We loved it

Awesome beach getaway

What a wonderful place. Well kept, clean and very conveniently located to awesome restaurants. And right on the beach. They had boogey boards, chairs etc and we just had a blast on the beach every day. The hosts were just wonderful. There was some mix up in the booking and Lisa gave us a gift certificate to a wonderful family owned Italian restaurant. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay, jogging, walking, boogey boarding and watching sunsets from the balcony. One of our best vacations

Perfect location!

The property was located directly on the beach - perfect for watching sunsets and surfers from your own private deck. It was also just a block from town for convenient restaurants and shopping. The property was clean and the photos are representative of the unit. Lisa, the property manager was personable and helpful. If you love a room with a view - this is your place!
