'Pros: kitchen breakfast staff was very nice and helpful, a/c in room worked well. Cons: charged a 50.00 deposit i didnt know about refunded at checkout, there was 2 stains in carpet in my room and I noticed 2 towels were stained when I held up to the light . Water pressure in shower was weak. Also the walls must be thin because I could hear my neighbors next door too well'

'Very nice property. Staff is very friendly with contact made via cell phone to check if we needed anything. We had an oceanfront room which was truly amazing at sunrise. I also appreciate the garage parking. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs to smart ones in case you wanted to use one of your streaming programs. Also brother's pizza is on the property and has amazing brick oven pizza and a nice bar overlooking the ocean (they also serve breakfast). Brass balls is right next...

'Parking! I paid $90 for parking that wasn't guaranteed! I had to find a parking spot on the street ... a couple streets down..super inconvenient!! Everything else was good , the building we were in was still being worked on so in order to get the the breakfast (included) we would have had to walk across the busy street. That wasn't so much of an issue to us because we ate out while we were visiting. The room was great, and clean etc Hallways had trash outside of the rooms from sun up to sun...

'My husband and I stay here frequently when we come to Ocean City. It's our favorite place to stay when there are vacancies available. My only real complaint is the drainage of the bath tubs are not the greatest. On several stays, we've had to deal with clogs and slow drainage during shower time, which is an inconvenience, annoying, and not the most sanitary. Other than that, I have no other complaints about the suites.'

'The lobby staff was great! The room was dirty, hasn't been dusted in forever and the floor was dirty. They give you dish soap but no dish rag. No utensils. The beach view was great. Something new is they charge for parking.'
