Boomhutten in Carcans

'The photographs of this property must have been taken 20+ years ago as this property is old and needs a major upgrade. Visited in late September 2026 and many amenities were not available. They also required a deposit when you arrive which they don't mention when you book with Expedia.'

'A wonderful and relaxing stay for my mother’s 65th birthday. We had a wine tasting and tour which was lovely and got to use the pool before the cooler weather set in. Breakfast was delicious and the property is just breathtaking. The rooms were very clean, parking on property and the staff were very welcoming! Overall a really enjoyable stay, would definitely come back!'

'Beautiful property right in the heart of fields and farms. Comfortable bed, lovely upgraded bathroom. Excellent recommendation for a spot for dinner (Il Gusti Della Mamma). Great breakfast with scrambled eggs and genuine fresh squeezed orange juice. Highly recommended.'

'Bon accueil. Parfait pour du repos '

'Appartement très propre et bien situé, hôte à l’écoute et gavé sympathique'

'I stayed in the Douceur Medoquine room and it was large, quiet, and beautifully decorated. The setting is peaceful and next door to the famous Chateau Pichon Baron. The owners, Pascale and Alex, were very helpful, friendly, and hospitable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Uber and taxi service was somewhat unreliable so it is a good idea to have a car. I highly recommend Le Coeur des Vignes.'

'Nieuw (2022) mooi ingerichte kamer, afzonderlijke keuken-eetruimte. Alles nieuw. Met smaak gedecoreerd. Mooie badkamer. '

'Pros: Gite au calme proche du lac et du port (5 - 10 minà pied). Logement confortable pour les vacances avec un espace extérieur permettant de profiter des belles journées. La présence d'un paddle et d'un kayak a été apprécié.'

'Great little pool'

'Je voyage pour travailler donc la simplicité, l'accueil et la réactivité me conviennent.'
