This newly refurbished condo features an open floor plan with a comfortable living room overlooking the golf course and a spacious dining room with vaulted ceilings. The well equipped, updated kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The spacious bedrooms, both with updated en suite bathrooms, can comfortably sleep up to 6 people with a queen size bed in one bedroom and queen size bunk beds in the second bedroom.

Whole Foods, quaint shops and a variety of stores are a short drive away. If you prefer to treat yourself to a night out, take your pick from numerous excellent nearby restaurants in the Roaring Fork Valley.

Though this home doesn`t have air conditioning there are fans for your comfort.

In order to complete your reservation a lease must be signed and returned within days of booking.

Only fly fishing is permitted in all waterways at The Ranch. In order to fish at The Ranch, a Fly Fishing Guide Registration form must be completed and returned to the office. 1 Fly Fishing badge is included in your stay.

Parking is for passenger vehicles only. Park up to 2 cars in tandem in carport. There are 6 EV chargers in the parking lot near the sports courts.

RVs, trailers, OHVs, dirt bikes, and boats are strictly prohibited from the property.

There is no mail delivery to this unit. If you need mail delivered please have it sent to the Carbondale post office.

If you have a large group, please contact us so that we can help you find accommodations for everyone since we manage several properties at the Ranch at the Roaring Fork.

Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found in the Additional Rules section on the checkout page.

HOUSE RULES
These rules must be observed on the premises of the Property you have booked. The renter of the Property shall be referred to herein as the “Guest” or “You” and the owner of the Property shall be referred to herein as the “Homeowner”. You, as the Guest, accept and assume full responsibility for ensuring any person permitted at the Property abides by the rules expressed herein. Upon booking, reservation and payment, you agree to abide by the following rules:
A. You are responsible for all occupants of the home and must require that all rules herein, as well as the within the Short Term Rental Agreement, are followed.
B. No one under the age of twenty-five (25) shall qualify to rent this property. You shall not rent or stay at the Property unless there shall be at least one Guest over the age of twenty-five (25) concurrently renting or staying at the Property. All children must be under direct adult supervision at all times.
C. Smoking, vaping and all recreational drug use are NOT permitted in the house or on the Property. A fine will be assessed if these policies are not observed.
D. You must take Garbage/Trash to the curb on the scheduled day(s) of trash removal and not before, as indicated in the Guest Guide located within the Property.
E. Pets are NOT permitted in the house or on the Property unless otherwise stated in the listing. Manager is not authorized to make exceptions to these terms. Not abiding by these terms may result in eviction and forfeiture of amounts paid.
F. You, or any other person on the Property during your stay, may not interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM daily. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
G. You are solely responsible for any other person at the Property. Additional persons, other than the number of guests reserved and booked in the original booking and reservation, may NOT stay overnight at the Property.
H. You will be responsible for any fine and/or violation that is imposed on the Homeowner due to the negligence of any person permitted on the Property by you.
I. You shall abide by all Federal, State and Local laws.
J. You shall notify the local police and Homeowner of any illegal activity that is witnessed in or around the Property.
K. You agree not to use the Property for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, the sale, use or possession of illegal drugs on or around the Property.
L. Absolutely no hazardous materials are permitted to be in or around the Property at any time.
M. You may not use or store Kerosene or space heaters at any time in or around the Property.
N. The burning of candles is not permitted within the Property, with the exception of birthday candles.
O. Under no circumstances may a stove, oven or range be used as a source of heat. All appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose.
P. Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property.
Q. You may not bring your own grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises.
R. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property.
S. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property.
T. You shall use ventilating fans at all times when bathing or cooking.
U. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather.
V. You shall notify Manager of any pest control problems.
W. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at your own risk. You further understand that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement.
X. You may not block the fire escape at any time.
Y. The Homeowner does not permit large gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by you or any person permitted on the Property during your stay which results in any police action, complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement, immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law.
Z. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. No towels or linens shall be taken from the house. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged to you for each booking and reservation. You must keep the Property, inside and out, clean and sanitary at all times. Even though a cleaning fee is charged, you are expected to leave the Property in a clean, neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon your departure.
AA. This house is privately owned. The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Property. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of any Guest or any other person. By accepting this reservation, you expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from your use of the Property or

Basalt and Aspen Close

Two friends and I stayed here while on a motorcycle trip. On arrival the condo was clean, parking and check-in easy. Our only problem which was quickly resolved was missing laundry detergent and it did not cause any issues. The management was very responsive. We enjoyed watching the geese later in the day as they moved around the golf course. All appliances functioned as noted in the listing. The unit is located close to either Basalt or Carbondale shopping areas and grocery markets. I would definetly consider staying again if in the area.

My family had a great trip staying in this VRBO. It was close to Carbondale, Aspen, and Glen Wood Springs which we utilized for a lot of activities. The place was clean, had lots of space and was well stocked with everything you would need. The surrounding area was great, we rode the bike down to the river and around the surrounding area.Would stay again if we came back to the area and would recommend this property to friends.

Special Location

The actual condo was quite comfortable and clean. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and accoutrements. The bedrooms were spacious and cozy. The Preserve -- a short walk from the condo -- provided the special element of this VRBO. The fishing opportunities were excellent. Several ponds and the streams running between them -- all just off the Roaring Fork -- provided excellent fly fishing and walking paths throughout the preserve property. The only drawback to this condo was the road noise. Rte 82 runs just beyond the golf course in back of the condo. If the back slider or the window upstairs is open, the road noise is inescapable. However, if you keep the slider and the window closed, the noise is significantly diminished. Beyond that concern, this condo is a special place -- three miles to the center of Carbondale and within striking distance of several great hiking trails.

This property was perfect for our needs. It was clean and cozy and right on the 9-hole golf course! Everything we needed to have morning coffee and cook was provided. The community was quiet and had hiking access to the roaring fork river and fishing. Bikes were available for us to use which was a great perk to tool around the property. Great location

What a great find. Best for smaller groups (4-6 at most). Everything was clean, neat and very well kept. The kitchen was stocked with many accessories and equipment not usually found in vacation rentals. Location is great for access to fishing, hiking, winter sports and a 9 hole golf course is right out the back door.

Aspen and Snowmass Skiing Trip

Very nice rental, reasonably close to Snowmass and all Aspen Ski destinations and Grocery Store. Quite and clean, had a great time!
