« We did not realize that this was one of many cookie cutter condos in the Snowmass Village before we arrived. Because of this, we had a bit of difficulty locating the property and understanding how to check in and unload the car. I did call the front desk and they were very helpful in directing us to the property front door and once we were finally checked in, we were more at ease with the property. The staff was very helpful in carrying our luggage up to our room and they were able to direct...
