'You could not ask for a better location.,right on the beach, next to the pier. The famous Shadowbrook restaurant is 2/10 of a mile away.. I will definitely be staying here again.'

'We used to stay in these apartments when our kids were young. Now we’ve revived the tradition with our grandchildren. It is an absolutely perfect location in the heart of Capitola Village, mere steps from the beach. But the building is solidly built and very quiet and private, with a parking garage. We were happy with everything about our stay. The apartment was clean and beautifully appointed. Check-in was a breeze. We highly recommend this property and plan to return again. '

'Walk to restaurant (a good one, and rather iconic since it's been there a very long time - I grew up in the area) & walk to coffee, ocean, but out of the way of crowds for the most part. Clean place and comfortable.'

'Very clean and well appointed cottage in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is better stocked with utensils and cookware than many people's home kitchens. Discovered a small hiccup with the plumbing that required contacting hosts--Verbo's platform made it challenging to get in touch with them in a timely way but it was eventually worked around. '

'Great place to stay for a weekend getaway. Kitchen is great with everything you need. Bed are super comfortable and bathrooms are luxurious. No air conditioner but wasnt to bad. Simple walk to the beach.'

'The guest house is nice, clean, and modern. There is a beautiful deck and creek to enjoy. We used the hot tub and grill. I definitely would not recommend 4 people stay here but it was the perfect size for a couple and a dog. Hosts were friendly and responsive and would recommend to others.'

'This house was spectacular. The cozy atmosphere was exactly what my group was looking for. To my surprise, sleeping on the pull out couch in the sunroom was incredible! You actually wake up looking at the trees. The house is a 20 minute walk to amazing trails within the redwoods. I cannot recommend this place enough. If it’s available the next time we’re in town, we’ll be staying here!'
