'I was very disappointed in this hotel knowing it should be one of the 5star 1st they try to borrow me secondly it was a problem for them to heat my food up if I bought something that wasn’t from the hotel knowing the rooms don’t have microwave , always have to call for room service would leave all day and come back and the room wasn’t clean , Nicole at front desk always have a attitude. The hotel itself is very big. My room was on the 10th floor so I had great views on the city from my window. But the elevators didn't work so well.
