The kitchen has everything you could need from cups and bowls, to measuring cups, cookie sheets, and pots and pans. Super clean and tidy. We got a service charge at the beginning, I never understood it as no housekeeping comes unless you call for it. We didn't use any so this should be returned. « Location was great for our visit to the Antique Boat event. The house could use some attention to the carpet upstairs, lots for large stains and both the toilets need some attention as they filled/ran due to old ballcocks. Check in was a bit difficult as did not receive final request for guest detail until enroute as all were traveling form a 2-4 day travel/driving. Calls to the office were addressed quickly to help ease through issues once we arrived. »
