waardeloos management,tap kapot wordt niet gerepareerd.zwembad gesloten zgn omdat er watertekort is, alle hotels hebben het zwembad gewoon open. oudjaar om 23.00 u alle personeel vertrokken niks meer te krijgen, volgende dag Bacardi uitverkocht niet aangevuld schande voor de gasten,beter sluiten dit soort hotel

Prima hotel voor 2 of 3 dagen is erg groot en niet erg persoonlijk En alles goed opbergen want risico dat er wat uit je kamer verdwijnt is aan wezezig Dat is bij mij gebeurt en heb het bij de manager gemeld en is niet te achterhalen wie het geweest is daar loopt zo vreselijk personeel rond die in de kamers bezig zijn (oncontroleerbaar) Dat is jammer heb het voor de rest prima naar mijn zin gehad dicht bij het Waterfronth dat is het grootste voordeel

Ideaal gelegen tussen de Waterfront en het stadscentrum. Gratis ruime parking. Makkelijk te bereiken met de auto. Supervriendelijk personeel. Het zwembad stelt niet veel voor, maar daarvoor moet je niet naar dit hotel.

Nice hotel. Situated between the V&A Waterfront and the City Centre. Both are easy walking distances. Quite a spacious room with a modern bathroom and a large shower area. Good value for money. Very pleasant and professional Staff.

The rate was very reasonable compared to other nearby properties so we didn’t really have high expectations. Our room was spacious and contained good variable lighting excellent rain shower. But best of all was the friendly and helpful staff. We couldn’t wish for better place so close to the waterfront and city.

１５年ぶりにこのホテルに泊まりました。以前のイメージで予約を入れたときは料金がずいぶん値上がりしたように思いましたが、お部屋が改装され、広く明るく綺麗になり、ベッドも快適でした。宿泊前からホテルにメールで問い合わせたときも対応が早く、滞在中もスタッフがテキパキと対応してくれて、良かったです。間もなくホテルのレストランが改装工事に入るそうなので、ホテル内で食事を考えている人は注意が必要です。

An excellent lodging experience. The view of the canal was beautiful and serene. The food and drink options were exceptional and very economical. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was superior, except the desk light didn't work, even though i swapped out the light bulbs.

Found the walk to the Waterfront further than expected. Disappointed with the first room allocated, however changed to more favourable room. Very comfortable bed and value for money for the area.

One of the best decisions I made was staying at The City Lodge at the V and A Waterfront. Location is perfect. It is an attractive looking place about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the V and A Waterfront (where there are tons of resturants (try La Prada. Food is delicious), souvenir shopping, grocery store (in the mall in the basement), etc.. There are cops everywhere, so it was a safe walk that I did solo all the time, as I was traveling by myself. It is busy during the day around the hotel, but at night, as it is an area with a lot of corporate businesses, it got really deserted. I took ubers if going out at night. The hotel itself was clean and quiet. The staff are hard workers! Always willing to help make your stay amazing. They have breakfast and dinner at an extra charge. You have the choice between Contenental Breakfast or English Breakfast. I was there for a while so I did go to the coffee shop next door to the hotel and had oatmeal and tea there twice. It was delicious. The location is central to everything. 3 mins in an Uber to Gold Restaurant. 5 mins to Long street. The room was well appointed. Large bathroom, huge shower, air conditioning, refrigerator, windows open for fresh air, couch, sitting area with desk large mirror and good lighting. Vending machines in the lobby and they sell large bottles of cold water at the bar. The 'pool' is really hottub size and it is right next to the hotel restaurant. It was not clean. I was so busy, I wouldnt have used it anywa

Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Die Waterfront ist fußläufig und sicher erreichbar. Wir hatten ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer, welches geschmackvoll eingerichtet war. Das Frühstück kann auf der Terrasse am Kanal eingenommen werden.
