This apartment can accommodate up to two guests and is situated on the ground floor. It comprises one bedroom, one bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and a comfortable living area. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed with a VERY comfortable sleeping mattress.

The unit has uncapped fibre Wi-Fi with a 50" Smart UHD TV. The kitchen is equipped with most amenities for self-catering and includes cutlery, crockery and utensils, microwave, kettle, fridge, hob, oven. The lounge features a OpenView with YouTube and leads out to a private garden.

There is secure undercover parking for one vehicle. The SeaSpray building offers 24-hours security with remote-controlled access, a communal coin-operated laundry facility as well as a communal swimming pool with sun loungers.
