'Exceptionally clean, especially for a pet friendly place. Outdoor shower with hot water is perfect for getting the sand off you are your dog. Close to some very good restaurants, Dajito is great. Very quiet, we are already booking another stay. '

'It had everything we needed. Short walk to the Cedar Island Ranch where we went horseback riding. We took the ferry to Ocracoke for 1 each. We walked there from the house. Very quiet except for the sound of wind and waves. Great place to disconnect. Leave the laptop at home. '

'It’s so hard to find pet friendly properties but this one was perfect. Beautiful little cottage and walking distance to the water. Great location. Right in the middle of everything on the island. Our host was very accommodating. The cottage was furnished with everything we needed. We had a great trip. '

"Mooi gelegen hotel langs onze roadtrip aan de oostkust. We waren met drie personen en hadden een kamer met dubbele bedden geboekt. De kamer zelf was boven verwachting ruim en compleet. Wat wel tegenviel was de staat van de bank, daar zakte je half doorheen, en de vloer was plakkerig en vochtig. Mogelijk iets met de aurco of overnatig zeepgebruik bij schoonmaken. Helaas iets waar we pas achter kwamen nadat we ons hadden gesettled. Omdat we maar één nacht bleven hebben we dit door de vingers gezien. Verder prima verblijf, goede bedden en uitstekend geslapen."
