'I stayed for two weeks at the beginning of April while attending client meetings. It was perfect as a base, nice and clean, and quiet. The neighborhood was great to walk around in the evening. 'This is perfect for a couple if you’re not needing to cook meals besides using a microwave and having a refrigerator. The hot tub is set up well with privacy fence. We could hear the people living in the main house, but it wasn't disruptive. We enjoyed staying here and visiting the area.'

'The property isn't as well kept up as in the past visits. The paver bricks need to be power washed. The grout between the pool tiles, around the perimeter of the pool, has mold. The pool could also use a hand rail installed for the aid and assistance of getting in and out. Middle aged, up to seniors are predominantly the ones who use this property however any age need this common support handle.
