'I was surprised by the large rooms. check in was easy and the rooms were very clean. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Extra towels and washcloths were brought to room within 5 minutes of asking. Cleanliness is very important to me and it was great. The tub drain needed to be snaked, it took awhile for the water to drain. Room 203. Other than that 5 stars. I loved that it was 2 blocks from the boardwalk, close for access but quiet for sleeping.'

'The house was just as advertised. Nice and clean and the location is great. It’s close to all the hot spots at the beach but in a nice residential area so less congested. The beach access is a short walk and the beach was clean and not too crowded.'

'We had two families with 4 adults and 3 young kids. This home is great with so much open space. Walkable to most things we wanted to do/places we wanted to eat. The adults used to live in VA Beach before we had any kids, so we felt right at home!'

'Our group of 6 adults enjoyed a great stay at this property for a week. Close to the beach and other activities we had planned. We all had enough space for privacy and the large kitchen/dining area was excellent for making meals and playing board games. Sony, the host, was very responsive to a few questions and unforeseen incidents that occurred. My only "complaint" is that a burner on the stove does not work and the bottom rack of the dishwasher is missing a wheel and therefore does not roll...

'The carpet was filthy! The floors were so crooked and uneven I nearly fell upon entering the house. The front porch was falling apart and a real danger for anyone who carelessly leaned on the posts or screens - you could fall right out. The recessed lights and old AC units were falling out of the ceiling and the electrical outlets looked as if they had been on fire. The washer and dryer did not work and there was no outside trash can although we were instructed to put our trash in the outside...
