« Everything was great. Our only concern or thing that we would change would be the master bed. I would recommend a king sized high quality mattress. We did like the couch and its versatility!!! Loved that. The condo was clean and well Equipped. The price was affordable. The location is perfect. The pool was very nice also. I did notice one of the bedside lamps seems to not be working. « Very nice condo had no issues. It was clean, in an area that was quiet, close to the beach and perfect for a weekend getaway for my sons wrestling tournament. The property manager was also very nice and easy to deal with!! My only thing thats not really a complaint but i wish it wasn't so expensive to bring our dog. Maybe do a small fee for ppl and ask for a refundable deposit and if nothing is destroyed or no big mess give the deposit back. Ppl love to bring their fur babies. But im not mad bc...

« The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! It was very close to the beach and boardwalk, a short walk. It was also convenient to have a grocery store across the street and it was only a quick 5 min drive to the convention center. My kids also enjoyed the pool. We would stay here again if we travel back to VA beach! »

« The homebwas very nice, very clean, had all the ammenities ypu could want including beach chairs, wagon, etc so you dont havebto pack your own, which is awsome if your driving so you dont have to pack your own! This unit also provides everthing needed if you are traveling with a baby or toddler, such as a gate, high chair and more. The only thing i would recommend changing is the keyed entry, in my opinion a keypad is easier to use than physical keys. Overall awesome place to stay. »

« Loved being able to sit in living room and just see Ocean and watch the sun set. It would have been a little better if there were screens on the sliding doors so we could leave it open to hear the waves and keep the bugs out. Very secure building with easy access to the beach. »

« Great location about a block from the beach. The whole family had a great time and elevator came in handy for luggages and older adults. Jon was very helpful and he sent out all information (detailed) before hand and was always available whenever we called. The only downside is the weather during that weekend but the house was big enough for the whole family to stay indoor and have fun. »

« It was wonderful. The house was as advertised. It worked appropriately for my coworker, and I, to hold training with our staff. We were able to separate and have some peace and quiet as well as work and larger group.(4-5?people). « We only stayed a couple of nights to visit with family who were in Cape Charles for a week. This house was perfect for our family. Clean, beautiful, well appointed, comfortable beds, wonderful hosts. The location was great - less than one block to the beach and a short walk to town. I parked and did not drive again until we left. The screened front porch was a great spot for family to gather. I adore this house!! »
