'Here is some info for people who want to bring boat. We rented this property for guys weekend. I don't live too far away so I brought a boat. Several of the local ramps are currently closed. The closest open ramp was Old Federal. It's 15-20 minutes from the dock by road and about the same by boat running around 20 MPH. 'The cabin was super cozy and welcoming. We were only in town for a few days to celebrate a friend's wedding, and unfortunately, we did not get to spend much time at the cabin due to event schedule. Would definitely go back for a longer stay in Big Canoe!'

'Loved the layout of this lake house. Plenty of space. Perfect amount of separation between kids and couples. Awesome common areas for us to gather. More than enough bathrooms which prevented arguments.That’s a huge plus. We loved the closeness of the private dock. Kids fished and the easy access to the boat and jet ski made everything care free. It was clean and easy to communicate with the manager. No complaints about this house or our vacation. '

'This place is amazing. We used it for a 13 year old birthday party with 11 friends. It had enough space to allow the boys to all stay in the same room with plenty of beds for everyone to sleep. A great experience. '
