'The cleanliness of this hotel was exceptional. The staff was professional and very friendly. The parking lot very well lit. Very good hotel'

'Staff was friendly, room was clean and safe, my only issue was the traffic noise, if you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room on the back side of the hotel away from the highway noise, otherwise i recommend this hotel.'

'Property was under construction/ remodel and we were not notified until checking in. We had no amenities available to us, and on our final night , the front desk woke us up at midnight and said there was a complaint'

'Wonderful Stay and Excellent Customer Service! We had a great stay at Fairfield Inn! The hotel was very nice, clean, and located in a great area. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. I especially want to recognize James, who helped us with both check-in and check-out. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. His customer service was absolutely on point! It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely makes guests feel welcome and appreciated. Overall, we had a...

'We stayed for 2 nights. Both rooms they gave us had dirty sheets but we didnt want to move again after the 2nd room so we asked for clean sheet to put on the bed ourselves and they charged us for them. We needed to wash a load but were not able because the machine only took...

I told the person to take care of it or call the cops. It was not handled for at least 20-30 minutes. ...

'I like that it was a walking distance to Walmart, hair salon, Mexican restaurant and the CAT transportation service is cheap and reliable'

'Very convenient location near Twin Creeks Park where my daughter had a softball tournament. Appliances including washer and dryer worked (didn’t use stove) and beds were comfortable. Power was off briefly the day we were packing up to leave, but came back on. Not sure why since it was nice outside. I would recommend staying here if in town.'
