'Staff is helpful. The rooms and lobby are modern, have everything you need, and most importantly, they are clean ! Does not have a musty or moldy smell. The Beds are comfy, and breakfast was great. We enjoyed the large windows, and that there are stores and restaurants within walking distance. We hope to stay again if in the area. '

'The staff here went above and beyond. We stayed here 2 different times last week as we traveled through GA, and we accidentally left three of our personal pillows. Not only did the staff save and hold our pillows for us for our return, but they went the extra mile and washed out pillow cases, too. Our room was very nice and clean, I would just suggest they get better blankets for the beds. They are not comfortable and not warm, but that is just my opinion. Breakfast was good, the pool area...

'Property just finished remodeling so there were a few things that were not up to par but it was manageable. The a/c did not stay on as the circuit needed to be reset every 10-15 mins and the the air was not cold.'

'This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was extremely dirty where I had to go out and get my own cleaning supplies to even feel comfortable in the room. Multiple things were broken or damaged in the room. The laminate flooring is coming up and a roach crawled out from underneath it. The refrigerator was gross. There were cigarette burn marks throughout the entire room. The tv did not work at all. The toilet wasn’t secure to the ground and the bathtub had mold all...

'Parking was easy, Pool had no water and looked to have been emptied several years ago in terrible condition. The rooms themselves were dirty, outdated and reeked of smoke. Several questionable characters loitering in the parking lot iand n the corridors leading up to your room. Booked out of necessity for the masters event but would never recommend this to anyone traveling to Augusta unless you’re desperate, I would rather sleep on the side of the road then stay at this motel. '

'The room smelled disgusting. There was visible dog food in the air conditioning unit. There was no trash can in the room. There was literally only one towel that my husband and I had to share. The drawers all had dirt and dust in them. A fire alarm also went off at 4:00AM forcing everyone outside for several hours. Overall worst hotel experience ever. '

'The room was not clean. The curtains and the shower curtain were disgusting. And the room smelled like somebody had been smoking in there for 20 years. You literally woke up in the morning and you could taste the cigarettes in your mouth. The smell is in the mattress, the pillows and the sheets quite honestly it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever experienced.'

'An absolute dump of a hotel. Paid an exorbitant amount because of the Masters. It was so dirty. The owners(I am assuming) were working the front,Nice people. Didn’t make my bed, didn’t replace towels. Looks like they rent by the hour. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.'

'Breakfast was good for complimentary, rooms were average ~ all the faucets were opposite cold was hot and hot was cold, floors were pretty dirty and toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. Air conditioning was good but we were there in April and I can't say that it would hold up if it were July or August. We had fresh towels each day which was a plus. Helena at the front desk was AMAZING ~ she was patient, kind and very helpful ~ I hope I got her name correct!'
