'We enjoyed our stay. Bathrooms were excellent, hot tub glorious, large outdoor area was great and kitchen/dining area fabulous. Problems with no cushions on outdoor chairs, cobwebs in the house, bedding scruffy and un-ironed, glass shards on patio, patio lighting not working and patio area clearly not swept for some time, mess under table etc. Exterior area could do with some work on untidy seating areas, mouldy chairs etc. Response from Host to our questions and requests were disappointing....

'We absolutely loved the house and the garden. The beds were super comfortable, and we greatly appreciated the many fruits and other food and drink offers. The only bad experience was we didn't receive the email with the code to the key box (which we didn't know existed), and so were expecting to be welcomed by a house manager, who happened to be away and with really bad reception. We spent a good 30 minutes with our kids in the rain, trying to figure out how to get in, and even thinking it was...
