'Overall good, close to beach, with in walking distance to DT, cozy place. Inside could use a better couch, mattress and there are apts close by both visual and sound with remodeling being done. Saws, hammering and workers arrived early every morning. Looks like they have another month or more of work to be done. Definitely a consideration. '

'Property was nice location. Living quarters were nice. Gated parking was nice. We had a wifi issue plus one evening with no power in the living room. Had to go thru bedroom to get to patio deck because door was broken and had not been fixed. Should have been 2 keys for 4 people rather than just 1. Given these issues and the cost to rent this property, I have requested a refund for at least one night. Have heard nothing from Ocean Beach Vacations.'
