Duurzame hotels in Cancún-Zuid

'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....

'Exceptional hospitality '

'The 4-star rating for staff and service (instead of 5) is due only to the poor check-in experience. We had booked two king-bed rooms, but were given one king and one double-bed room on different floors. The staff suggested we could have two nearby ocean-view rooms if we paid an additional $600 USD, which was disappointing—especially since it was the off-season and there were plenty of empty rooms on each floor. 'Nice hotel, at a nice location. Nice swimming pool with jaccuzi's. Easy access to the beach, shallow water. Activities. There is a Kids Club for children. Jeffrey from the front desk provided excellent service to us and Daira from the Kids Club was a very good babysitter.'
