Duurzame hotels in Cancún-Zuid

'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....

Pools are great and beach is fantastic. Overall I really enjoyed my second stay here, felt taken care of for sure. On my last day had a bit too much to drink and staff took very good care of me.'

'The beach is the most quiet and beautiful in Cancun. Staff were amazing! The room was spotless. Peaceful holiday conducive to digital detox. Beds are wonderful. Concierge staff at the beach were so helpful. Food tips: Bocadito food truck tacos. The best. Lupita Lounge: sirloin steak is actually rib eye. Delicious El Mar: Breakfast, lunch and dinner all delicious La Isla: Excellent Risotto Bisou: Delicious breakfast buffet'

'Nice hotel, at a nice location. Nice swimming pool with jaccuzi's. Easy access to the beach, shallow water. Activities. There is a Kids Club for children. Jeffrey from the front desk provided excellent service to us and Daira from the Kids Club was a very good babysitter.'
