Located in the secure and beautiful Molonglo River Valley, this apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a basement car space for one car, lift access, heating and cooling, an ensuite in the Master Bedroom, a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, and a huge balcony with sweeping views.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The Master Bedroom has its own A/C and heating, while the main living area also has A/C and heating. There is a small separate study with a desk and lamp, Wi-Fi, and a Chromecast-enabled smart TV. The spacious balcony is perfect for enjoying a meal or relaxing while taking in the views. The large internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer and is spacious enough to store two mountain bikes.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment.

The apartment is close to the famous Mount Stromlo mountain bike tracks and the new Stromlo Leisure Centre. It is approximately a 15-minute drive to Canberra City, Woden, and Belconnen.

A bus stop is located right outside the building, with services to the Parliamentary Triangle and Canberra City.

This is a peaceful neighbourhood, so a couple of basic rules:

1. No parties allowed. ZERO tolerance.
2. Noise curfew of 1030pm. This means no loud music or loud talking/shouting past this time. This is out of respect to the neighbours nearby.
