Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment.

The rooftop swimming pool, landscaped gardens, and BBQ area are shared communal facilities available for all residents and guests within the complex.

Please Note: A refundable $300 security deposit is required for all bookings. This is not an additional charge, but a temporary security hold on your payment method. The hold is placed at the time of booking and typically appears in your transactions around two days before checkout. It is automatically released after checkout, provided no damage or additional charges are incurred.
