« An absolutely stunning property! The cabin was clean, well stocked and perfectly located to see the gorgeous sunrise. So very grateful for our quick trip at Fat Sheep Farm. Looking forward to returning! »

« This is a room in a lovely old farmhouse. I thought the description could have been more detailed: I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The room is on the second floor; the bathroom is private but down a short hallway. The property is in the country and very quiet. Restaurants and stores are in Ellsworth, and easy 20-25 minute drive. Hosts are lovely and not intrusive. »

« Wonderful farm house vacation! Lovely house, comfy beds, lots of room for 8 people, lots of animals, nice and quiet location. The owners were very friendly and helpful! Stevie replied to questions right away! Grandkids loved gathering eggs. We made lots of great memories with our grandchildren. »

« What an awesome farm! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Kathleen is awesome. It was a 10- minute drive to Colby College- our destination for a football game! Our team won so that was really fun!! The house is very clean and very comfortable! Kathleen has thought of everything and she is delightful! »

« Most dangerous environment for a family. Cabin was remotely located with no electricity and indoor toilet. Photographs posted do not do justice. I paid in full but after looking in person chose not stay because of safety, security and privacy. Staff was friendly. »

« House exactly as listed. We had a question and the property owner replied instantly - great communication. Close to Talcott Mountain which was an amazing hike with beautiful views. »

« The quaint house is right off the road and easy to get to places. It is very well decorated and clean! It was even equipped with utensils, dishes and cups for our use which was helpful when the kids were still hungry at night. We didn’t have any communication issues as the details were very clear and given far in advance. We really enjoyed our stay here! »

« Property is on the smaller side, but it is very conveniently located near Snow Farm. There is occasional sound from the adjoining house, but not so much that it was problematic. Host is very friendly and responsive. Would recommend. »

« We traveled to NH to see the ice castles and have a mini winter cabin experience and this fit the bill perfectly. All the comforts of home but also that rustic feel. No Verizon cell signal is nice for a change - but WiFi keeps you from being stranded too. Thanks for a great place to stay! »

« We had a great stay! The farmhouse was very comfortable, charming, spacious, clean, and well outfitted!The host was terrific and accommodating.The area is very nice and safe with many activities nearby.We were in town for our daughter's wedding at another venue and the house was perfectly equipped for the bridal party to get ready.We highly recommend!! »

« Had a fun stay while visiting relatives! The view from the hilltop property is gorgeous. It has the feel of a genuine working farm. We watched as one of the most enormous Scottish Highland cattle was being readied for show. As intimidating as they look, they seem to be more like giant labradors. There was a friendly dog and two calves as well.We didn’t have a need, but the full kitchen seems to have all the basics. The D-suite with the extra room is a huge space. »
